ASCIA 2017 Conference delegates can register online (available until 8 September 2017) and a Tax Invoice (receipt) will be sent after payment has been processed.

Registration Fees

All fees are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of 10% GST. Registration deadline dates come into effect midnight Australian Eastern Standard Time. Registrations made after 8 September 2017 must be made onsite at the Conference.

Method of Payment

Payment of fees must accompany all registration forms. No registration will be confirmed until payment is received in full. Payments can be made via the following methods:

  • Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard or American Express
  • Personal or Company Cheque: (Australian delegates only) and made payable to “ASCIA”.

Cancellation of Registration

Deadline: Monday 8 August 2017

Cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations received prior to 8 August 2017 will receive a refund less an AUD100 administration fee. Cancellations received after 8 August 2017 will not receive a refund. The ASCIA 2017 Organising Committee will consider cancellations of registration under exceptional circumstances. Refunds will not be granted on failure of visa application; however, substitute delegates will be accepted.
